Become A Volunteer

PAF welcomes your participation in several rewarding activities.  If you want to make a big difference in the lives of our residents, there are many ways you can get involved.

We need volunteers 18 and older to walk our dogs of all sizes, spend time with our dogs and cats, or help us in the office.

We have no minimum hour requirement, and the kennel is open to our volunteers 7 days a week, between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m.

Pet Adoption Fund is a no-kill private shelter, and that means, for some of our residents PAF may be the only loving home they'll ever know.  Our volunteers play a huge role in enriching the lives of those less fortunate ones, and they bring love and emotional support that's needed for the wellbeing of our rescued furry residents.  

We have many dogs and cats waiting to welcome you with open paws...so get involved today!

Note:  Dog walking leashes are available to you on site, and must be turned in by the end of the day.  We only use a 'slip-on' type leashes, and no other types of leashes, leads, collars will be permitted.​
